Dr Carlos Pedrinaci

Dr. Carlos Pedrinaci is a research fellow of the Knowledge MediaInstitute at the Open University. Dr Pedrinaci holds a PhD in artificialintelligence from the University of the Basque Country. His researchinterests include Semantic Web Services and the Software Engineering andKnowledge Engineering aspects of Knowledge-Based Systems. He haspublished around 15 scientific articles in the area. He has worked in anumber of European Projects and is actively involved in thestandardization of Semantic Web Services technologies. Dr. Pedrinaci ismember of the W3C SAWSDL Working Group, member of the OASIS SEE Technical Committee and member of the WSMO Working Group.
