Dr. Clement Leung

Dr. Clement Leung’s academic experience spans four continents.  He obtained his BSc in Mathematics from McGill University, Canada, an MSc in Mathematics from Oxford University, and a PhD in Computer Science from London University.  He has held several academic appointments in Europe, including a Full Professorship (Established Chair) and Head of Department at the University of London.  His Australasian academic appointments include the Foundation Chair in Computer Science at Australia’s Victoria University, and Full Professorships at the National University of Singapore, Hong Kong Baptist University, as well as the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen.  He holds two US patents, and his publications include five books and well over 150 research articles. His services to the academic community include serving as Program Chair, Keynote Speaker, Panel Expert, of major International Conferences as well as serving on the Editorial Board of ten international journals. He is listed in Who's Who in the World and Great Minds of the 21st Century. He is a Fellow of the British Computer Society, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, and a Chartered Engineer.
