David Lozano Llanos

David Lozano was born in San Sebastián, Spain, in 1979. He studied Telecommunications engineering in Valladolid University. After working for Experience Ingenieria y Servicios, we joint Telefónica R&D in 2006. His fields of expertise and interests have been: IMS and OMA enablers, GPRS and mobile access networks. He also participated in the specification of OMA PoC v2.0 as delegate of Telefónica S.A. Currently, he is actively involved and focussed on the convergence of IMS and the Telco world with the Web 2.0.
