Dr. Mamadou H. Diallo
Dr. Mamadou H. Diallo is a scientist at the United States Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific in San Diego, California. He is a Science and Technology Manager and currently leading a number of United States Department of Defense research and development projects. He is a subject matter expert in a number of other United States Navy projects. He also contributes in inter-agency research programs within the United States Department of Defense providing assistance in proposal reviews, source selection committees, and technical oversight of funded projects. His research interests span across various areas including security, privacy, and trust in cloud and autonomic computing, big data, and Internet of Things (IoT), identity and access management (IdAM), secure computing, security requirements, trust management in decentralized applications, dependability in software architecture, and privacy policy languages. He is a member of the Homomorphic Encryption Standardization consortium. He is the lead inventor on multiple patent applications.
