Dr. Ahmad Qawasmeh

Dr. Ahmad Qawasmeh is a native of Jordan where he studied Computer Engineering. He obtained his M.S. degree in Computer Science in 2010 and completed his Ph.D. on performance analysis support for High Performance Computing (HPC) applications in Computer Science from the University of Houston, USA in 2015. During his PhD years, Dr. Qawasmeh worked as a research intern for two times in the field of GPU programming in the Dept. of Research and Development at TOTAL, E&P, INC, Houston, USA. His research interests include parallel programming languages, performance analysis, and machine learning. He joined the Hashemite University, Jordan in 2016 as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science.
