Dr. Horia Ştefănescu

Dr. Horia Ştefănescu received a BSc degree in Electronics and Telecommunications at the Satellite and Mobile Communications department of the Politehnica University Bucharest in 2008 and his PhD degree in Mobile Communication in 2011. He has also a MSc degree in International Project Management at Academy of Economic Studies. He has in-depth knowledge of IT and telco ecosystem (mobile & fix networks) sustained also by his scientific publications and by his current participation in other European projects. He is currently working as Head of IT Operations in Orange Romania providing strategic leadership and tactical oversight for IT Infrastructure and Application Management with the key objective of ensuring the proper quality of services leveraging automation.
