Yves Paindaveine

Yves Paindaveine is a microelectronics and computer science engineer by education. While at the Open Software Foundation Research Institute, he worked, among others, on distributed systems and security. He joined the European Commission in 1998 as a scientific officer for RTD projects dealing with health informatics (IST Programme). Later on, he joined the Unit "security" headed by Jacques Bus, where he is working on network security and dependability.
