| Award Procedure |
Each contribution must belong to a domain and specify the category as indicated in the call for papers.
The contributions are reviewed by the WCTS’s TPC in the due deadlines mentioned below.
Once the contributions are defended, a final ranking is driven by a selected jury. The International jury will be instructed with details of weighing the review ranking and the defense ranking. The procedure is applied to all accepted contributions.
The jury will blindly analyze the contributions situated in the first half of the ranking provided by the Technical Program Committee.
Each domain will be evaluated by a jury team of 3-5 members, led by a Domain Chair.
The Domain Chair has full decision on ranking the contributions belonging to her/his Domain.
The final award selection is done by vote among Domain Chairs, in the case more than one contribution has the same rank out of 10.
