The shuttle driver will welcome you in the waiting hall. He will have a welcome board with your name on it.
For larger groups:
A representative will be present just after customs with a welcome board reading “ICN/ICONS/ MCL - IARIA”. The representative will direct the entire group towards the shuttle.
